Silvia González was a lawyer. On maternity leave she baked her first sponge cake, trained at Espai Sucre and Hofmann, and opened Sil’s Cakes in 2013, first on Carrer de Santaló and then on Torrent de l’Olla, in Gràcia.
Today we are in Castelldefels.
Silvia is the author of the book “Pastelería americana de Sil’s Cakes”.
